TERMS AND CONDITION

ASDF Home delivery [“we” “us”] website [s] [our “Site or Sites] and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read the T & C’s carefully before placing any orders on www.asdf.com.

In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the T & C’s and our Privacy Policy. We may modify the T & C’s from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the T & C’s then you must immediately stop using the Site and inform us by email. Any changes made after you have placed the order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

 

Delivery :

1. Alsayer Soft Drinks Factory W.L.L. deliver orders in Kuwait by Company's own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd (third) party logistics partners.

2. Deliveries are made usually during working hours on Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00am until 1:00pm.

3. Delivery can take up to 3 working days from the date we receive your order, we do our best to secure delivery within stipulated time of the date of your order, but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

4. Currently we can accommodate to deliver 20 cartons only, maximum total qty per customer to specific areas. In future will increase maximum qty to be ordered as well as will enlarge the scope of coverages of delivery area all across Kuwait.

5. If the total purchase amount less than 10KWD a delivery charges will be applied – 0.5KWD/ delivery and if the total purchase amount 10KWD above, delivery charges is free.

6. If products fail to arrive after 3 days, please notify our customer service Hotline +96524747647 (Saturday –Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm).

7. We will deliver to the address as you have mentioned it on the order. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please check the delivery address if you are uncertain.

8. Once you have received the order, we will ask you for your electronic or physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in your order.

9. If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to another person you will designate at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.

10. If no-one is available to sign for the delivered product, our delivery staff will leave a contact card with instructions for customer to contact our customer service Hotline +96524747647 or email us info@asdfkw.com. To re-deliver the product will incur a further delivery charge.

11. It is your responsibility as a customer to contact our customer service to arrange re-delivery.

 

Payment :

1. Payment can be made by Visa/MasterCard/Knet Visa, MasterCard and Credit cards and any other methods which may be clearly mentioned or advertised on the Site from time to time.

2. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon you confirm your order.

3. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

4. We use a 3rd party payment system (My-Fatura) to process all transactions. It is your responsibility to be aware of their T&Cs and Cookies policy.

5. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

6. Should we accept your order, the price applicable to products ordered by you shall be that shown on the Site at the point at which your order is placed.

7. The period for which this price is valid is limited and we can only guarantee this price to you for orders placed that day (unless a longer period is stated specifically in the description given).

8. The contract for our sale and your purchase of the products shall be made at the time of dispatch. Prior to such time there is no legal agreement in place.

9. The products purchased by you will be dispatched to you by the method of delivery indicated within 3 days of the date of your order.

 

No Returns, Exchanges & Refunds as per ASDF Policy

The Alsayer Soft Drinks Factory [ASDF] name and logo, and other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the App are trademarks of ASDF (collectively “ASDF Trademarks”). Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the App are the trademarks of their respective owners (collectively “Third Party Trademarks”). The ASDF Trademarks and Third Party Trademarks may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of ASDF or the applicable trademark holder. The App and the content featured in the App are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property and proprietary rights which are reserved to ASDF and its licensors.

The Site is provided by Alsayer Soft Drinks Factory W.L.L. in good faith but Alsayer Soft Drinks Factory W.L.L. does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to all or any part of the Site or the Content or any websites to which the Site is linked, and all warranties and representations are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.
